The motor skill development learned/gained through Taekwondo provides children with a unique advantage and head start in other athletic activities, as they grow older. Their balance and physical abilities are significantly improved and much finer tuned when compared to other children in their age group.

Blue - Black Belt Youth (ages 6 - 12): Mon & Wed 6:15 - 7:00pm
Adults (all ranks): Tue & Thu 7:00 - 7:45pm
